Benefits of Meditation

Resting quietly and having a peace of mind can release untapped energy. Developing the good habit can give so many benefits for HEALTH, FINANCES, GOOD RELATIONS, SOCIAL ORDER, AND SPIRITUAL GROWTH.

SIMPLE FORMAT TO SHOW THE BENEFITS: 

  1. FOCUSED AND CLEAR THINKING (Mind, Brain and Nervous System): LESS STRESS, ANGER, ANXIETY AND DEPRESSION, REDUCED PANIC ATTACKS, AND REDUCED SLEEP DISTURBANCE. 
  2. FOR HEART HEALTH (Heart and circulation): BLOOD PRESSURE AND PULSE RATE REDUCED, REDUCED CARDIOVASCULAR DISORDERS AND IRREGULARITIES, REDUCED CHOLESTEROL, AND INCREASED HAEMOGLOBIN.
