Universal Enemy Number One: CRAVINGS

We can have this urge for not only foods but all things that stimulate our senses – taste for delicious, tasty foods, smell for beautiful perfumes, sight of beauty, hearing our favorite music, and feeling of gentle breezes, soft clothing, etc. Being balanced, calm, and practicing MEDITATION will certainly help to be in control. 

WAYS TO STOP CRAVINGS: 

1 . Drink water 

2 . EAT more protein foods for better satiety 

3 . Keep away from the Kitchen or Food Bars  

4 . Know what and when you are going to eat – choose wisely and plan time 

5 . Avoid excessive hunger – have water or antacid breaks 

6 . Avoid Stresses – RELATIONSHIPS, HEALTH, and FINANCIAL

7 . Eat more green leafy vegetables  

8 . Get enough sleep – 7 to 8 hours at nights preferably 

9 . Eat balanced meals – missing some elements may affect satiety 

10 . Be conscious – MEDITATION will allow your CRAVINGS to cease

Patient to the Doctor: DO I TAKE THE DIET BEFORE OR AFTER MEALS?
