We are all aware of the battles with PANDEMICS. For us to win, we must reduce the deaths by completely healing those affected and preventing the presence of new cases. We may choose to either DESTROY OUR CAPACITY TO HEAL, or we can STRENGTHEN OUR IMMUNITY.
HOW WE DESTROY OUR OWN CAPACITY TO HEAL
- Do not eat meals on time.
- We eat too much SUGAR & CARBS.
- We do not eat enough PROTEIN RICH FOODS.
- We lack enough water.
- We lack enough exercise.
- We lack sleep.
- We evade pain treatment -taking too long to find a cause
- We do treat adequately until it gets overbearing.
- We are stressed, and do not try to remedy the causes (FINANCIAL, HEALTH, RELATIONSHIPS, and suffer with ANXIETY and DEPRESSION).
- We do not believe in a MAKER, GOD, THE ABSOLUTE. Our Super Ego gets in the way.
HOW TO STRENGTHEN OUR IMMUNITY
We are familiar with those testing positive and the period of two weeks quarantine for strengthening the immune response, i.e., we develop our own antibodies, just like being vaccinated. Strengthening our immunity can also be done by adhering to the following:
- EAT AT LEAST 3 BALANCED MEALS ON TIME: When we miss, we stimulate our stress hormones and destroy our bodies.
- WE NEED CARBS TO KEEP OUR ENERGIES UP. Too much can lead to OVERWEIGHT, and DIABETES, etc. TOO LITTLE WILL LEAD TO LOW SUGAR OR HYPOGLYCEMIA. Excess sugar feeds the growth of infection
- WE NEED PROTEIN RICH FOODS to grow muscles, strength, beauty, and the ability to fight infections. Protein rich foods include milk, eggs, fish, meat and peas, beans, and nuts
- WE NEED 6 to 8 GLASSES (8 oz. Each) OF PURE WATER DAILY, VEGETABLES, PLUS ONE FRUIT (1 banana, orange, or apple). EXCESSIVE JUICES LIKE COCONUT WATER can get the sugar level too high and affect diabetes management. Excessive sugar and sweets feed infections. Having chronic infections sends up the sugar. Only if the sugar is well controlled, can the infections respond to antibiotics. Supplements: VITS. A, B, C, D3, and ZINC are helpful.
- EXERCISE IS VERY NECESSARY: It helps to strengthen our immunity and blood flow to all organs of the body. AEROBIC and STRENGTH (WEIGHT) EXERCISES help to develop muscles to bend and lift. Getting around helps to prevent boredom. GREAT OUTDOORS, FREE AIR, and SUNSHINE, await.
- SLEEP FOR 8 HOURS: very helpful to restore, reinvigorate, and rejuvenate. The entire healing and strengthening of our immunity need it.
- PAIN MANAGEMENT needed: we are weakened if our body is unable to move enough
- PREVENT & TREAT INFECTIONS: One neglected source of infections is our teeth. Regular checks from 20 to 40 years of age should occur once per year. Over 40 twice per year! Skin sepsis may start from the teeth, not only the environment.
- OVERCOME ALL STRESSES BY POSITIVITY AND LIFESTYLE CHANGES – all help to restore healthy antibodies, white blood cells, and hemoglobin – the fighter system. MEDITATION, AFFIRMATIVE PRAYER, YOGA, LAUGHTER THERAPY, MUSIC, SMILING, EXERCISE instead of SEDENTARY ACTIVITIES, and SOCIAL SERVICES
- SIMPLY LET GO & LET GOD DIRECT OUR LIVES: God may be thought of as all present, all powerful, and all knowing. Our own God, Man or Woman, can assist us to remove our super-ego, and remove all the killers of our immunity: ANXIETY, PANIC, and MASS HYSTERIA.
