Ecstasy in Physical Fitness: Understanding happens

Keeping physically fit can help all parts of the body, however you must ask yourself: 

Do I really, really, REALLY, want to TRANSFORM? If you’ve answered yes, and have begun the transformation, here are the steps your body is taking to THANK YOU! 

  1. First your brain must decide to get SERIOUS
  2. Action – the muscles start getting warmed up, with the slightest movements – stepping around, jumping around etc. 
  3. Your heart starts to PUMP HARDER – blood is flowing! 
  4. Your LUNGS pump more oxygen into the HEART – inhalation is increasing! 
  5. Capillaries expand, and new capillaries develop to meet the demands 
  6. Your LIVER gives glucose from the glycogen, as well as ketones, to provide energy to the muscles
  7. TOXINS are mobilized and sent out to the KIDNEYS, which clear these toxins
  8. Your BONES are strengthened – bone density and structures are benefitted as the muscles move them
  9. Your BRAIN begins to improve in cognition and memory 
  10. Sweet, SWEET ENDORPHINS! Your feel-good hormones are activated. We all feel good within ourselves, and consciously we decide to eat less, we sleep better, and soon enough we do not need sleep aids anymore

Person 1: Why are you so SMART?

Person 2: Because I take SMART PILLS!

Person 1: Can I have some? 

Person 2: *Gives pills*

Person 1: THESE ARE SMARTIES! THESE ARE JUST CANDIES! 

Person 2: SEE! You’re already getting smart!
