Stronger Legs for a Longer Life

As medical doctors get experiences in seeing patients in advance years, they notice the darkening of the lower limbs, stretching upwards from the feet. They shudder, observing similar patterns in an aging tree, whereby the limb gets dry and easily breaks away. Our fear is real. GANGRENE AND AMPUTATION are serious COMPLICATIONS, including BLINDNESS, STROKE, HEART ATTACK, AND KIDNEY DAMAGE resulting from Diabetes. 90 % of Diabetes, type 2, can be reversed by Diet & Exercise. The main one recommended for all is WALKING AND STRENGTHENING OF OUR LEGS. THOSE WHO KEEP THEIR LEGS ON, UNTIL OLD AGE AND DEATH, are conscious of the following factors:

2. LEG STRENGTH is reduced by 10 years if you do not move your legs in 2 weeks. Muscles that are weakened by inactivity take a longer time to heal. 

3. ACTIVE LEGS KEEP YOUR HEART HEALTHY, by reducing Cholesterol and Blood Pressure.

4. BONE and MUSCLES are strengthened by keeping active 20 minutes twice daily. The greatest strength of the body is found in the bones and joints of the lower limbs or legs and feet – the PILLARS TO SUSTAIN THE BODY WEIGHT.
