MANAGING OURSELVES IN COVID-19 PANDEMIC

FIRST: OUR HEALTH – weight control, blood pressure, diabetes. Infections, general well-being (anxious, depressed, uncertainty of life). 

SECOND: Precautions in presence of others: handwashing, masking, social distancing, cleaning surfaces being touched: sanitizing, vaccination 1, 2. Antigen testing and PCR testing for travelers. 

THIRD: GUARANTEE GOOD HEALTH – in case of DIABETES, OVERWEIGHT, HYPERTENSION, FREQUENT INFECTIONS (low immunity) 

  • THREE MEALS ON TIME: needed for maintenance and strengthening. 
  • SMALL AMOUNT OF CARBS THREE TIMES PER DAY. 
  • ADEQUATE PROTEIN: mainly at Breakfast. 
  • WATER: adequate hydration. 
  • EXERCISE: aerobics, and strengthening (weights) 
  • SLEEP: 8 hours, deep, restorative – prescribed. 
  • PAINS: anywhere must be dealt with – RUBBING, TABS, INJECTIONS. 
  • INFECTIONS: Respiratory, Genito/Urinary, Nails and Skin. 
  • DEAL WITH STRESSES: work, health, relationship, abnormal feelings: Use affirmative PRAYER (e.g. last 4 lines of the Lord’s Prayer) FOR THINE IS THE KINGDOM (money), THE POWER and THE GLORY (health), FOREVER and EVER (relationship), AMEN (complete trust in God to remove all anxieties and depression). 
  • LET GO and LET GOD. (Remove Super-Ego). PRACTICE MEDITATION.
